Yamaha is all set to launch the latest version of their most popular bike Yamaha R15. This
new 2011 Yamaha R15 with a dimension of 1995 x 670 x 1070 mm as it's length x width x height respectively has resemblance to
Yamaha own's sporty bike Yamaha R6. This new 2011 Yamaha R15 will get launched in the Indian market by March 2011.
New 2011 Yamaha R15 features a 149.8cc Liquid-cooled, 4-stroke Petrol engine which will provide a maximum power of around 17 Bhp @ 8500 rpm and a maximum torque of around 15 Nm @ 7500 rpm. This new 2011 Yamaha R15 is expected to give around 32 kmpl in the cities and around 43 kmpl in the highways. 2011 Yamaha R15 with a 6-speed manual transmission is said to have a top-speed of about 135 kmh.
